Leadership Conference

NALC 2025 Conference Panels

Panel 1: Balancing out Convictions and Our Duty

All humans have deeply held beliefs that form the basis for our choices, values, and ideals. Throughout both military and civilian life, there are times when an individual’s convictions will conflict with their duty as leaders. How can one go about performing their duty without compromising their convictions? How do you navigate times when duty takes precedence over your beliefs?

Panel 2: Inspiring Authenticity in Those You Lead

The positive externalities of leading authentically are abundant; they result in teams that are more efficient, effective, and cohesive. What are the broader effects of creating a culture of authenticity within an organization? How can leaders foster an effective and successful team that inspires individuals to be their most authentic selves while remaining mission focused?
