Delegate Transportation & Travel Information
Please review the travel, shuttle, and parking guidance below to assist with your arrival and departure planning.
Air & Rail Travel
Shuttle transportation will be provided to and from all three regional airports as well as the BWI rail station:
- Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI) – Strongly preferred for easiest transit coordination
- Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA)
- Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD)
- BWI Rail Station (Amtrak / MARC)
Driving & Parking
Vehicle access and parking on the U.S. Naval Academy grounds are extremely limited. If you plan to drive:
- General delegate parking is not guaranteed on the Yard.
- Public parking garages and metered spaces are available throughout downtown Annapolis.
- The conference staff will do its best to provide local parking accommodations and shuttle support where available. Detailed instructions will be communicated closer to the event.
Airport Shuttle Schedules
Arrivals: Sunday, January 24
Shuttle buses will run from the regional airports to the Naval Academy at the following scheduled times:
- Pickup Times: 1000, 1200, 1400, 1600, and 1800
- Designated Pickup Locations: TBD (Specific terminal pickup points will be sent directly to registered delegates prior to arrival)
Departures
Return shuttles from USNA back to BWI, DCA, and IAD will run following the conclusion of conference events:
- Departure Time: Bus departs USNA promptly at 1030 for BWI, DCA, and IAD.
Daily Hotel Shuttles
Dedicated shuttle service between designated delegate lodging and the USNA Yard will be provided each morning and evening throughout the conference.
