During the Benefits Open Season, employees can take the actions listed below for the Federal Employees Health Benefits (FEHB) Program, Federal Employees Dental and Vision Insurance Program (FEDVIP), and the Federal Flexible Spending Account Program (FSAFEDS):
• Enroll, change, or cancel an existing enrollment in a health plan under FEHB.
• Enroll, change, or cancel an existing enrollment in a vision and/or dental plan under FEDVIP.
• Enroll in a flexible spending account under FSAFEDS.
REMINDER: The Federal Employees' Group Life Insurance (FEGLI) Program and the Federal Long Term Care Insurance Program (FLTCIP) do not participate in the annual Federal Benefits Open Season.

The GRB Platform is now available through a new URL, https://civbenefits.dc3n.navy.mil You must use DREN VPN to access the platform.
How to Access the DREN VPN
In order to access some .mil websites like the GRB Platform, you must use the DREN VPN and your CAC card rather than the SSL VPN that you normally use to access USNA intranet resources. To access the DREN VPN, make sure that your CAC is inserted into your card reader, and use the same AnyConnect client you use to access the SSL VPN. However, you will need to type (or select if you’ve entered it previously) drenvpn.usna.navy.mil in the dropdown on the AnyConnect Client,Then click the Connect button. You will be prompted to enter your PIN. After entering it, you will be connected to the DREN VPN.
