The goal of leadership is to inspire a team to accomplish a common goal. A culture develops in every institution, organization, and team. It is the responsibility of leaders to shape that culture to be something positive, rather than neglect it and allow cynicism and negativity to take hold. A winning culture amongst your team is the difference between meeting and surpassing expectations. How do you create a winning culture? What does the environment look like? How do you change an existing culture? We must be able to work with a group of individuals across any area of the business sector or in the military to accomplish such an ideal.
