Sexual Assault
If you have experienced sexual trauma (rape, assault, unwanted touching, sexual harrassment, sexual exploitation, etc.) SAPR Victim Advocates can provide non-counseling support, resources, transportation to medical care, and information about reporting options:

Responsible Drug and Alcohol Use
Midshipmen can refer themselves to either the MDC or the Brigade Drug and Alcohol Programs Advisor (DAPA) at the United States Naval Academy to receive a confidential screening which will determine if and the level of help they require. To access the Brigade DAPA, simply call 410-293-8105. To request a screening at the MDC, make an appointment.
Academic Concerns
The CAE offers tutoring and other academic support such as the Writing Center, Supplemental Instruction courses, MGSP, and exam reviews for core courses.

Chaplains
The Naval Academy Chaplain Center provides and facilitates for the spiritual and religious needs of the 4500-strong Brigade of Midshipmen and its faculty and staff.
Peer Advisers
Peer Advisers are MIDN representatives within each company who are familiar with issues related to resilience and psychological health and who can aid other MIDN in getting whatever help they need. They are trained by the MDC to serve as an extra set of “eyes and ears” within the company.
