Conor Cross
'23 Stockdale Associate FellowBiography
I commissioned from USNA in 2015, flew the MH-60R with HSM-35 in San Diego, and am now teaching in the USNA English Dept. I participated in this program so that I could better mentor midshipmen. I now have a leadership language in common with the midshipmen and can clearly define my personal leadership philosophy. I made great connections with faculty and staff across the yard and, as a result, feel more connected to this institution and its mission.

Davy DeArmond
'23 Stockdale Associate FellowBiography
I have been at USNA for 18 years as a trumpet instrumentalist in the USNA Band. I was always interested in the Stockdale Center programs because I knew I could further develop as a leader. This course certainly helped me achieve that. Furthermore, what was equally valuable was making connections with other faculty and staff around the Yard. Sharing experiences and getting out of our own cost-center-bubbles was truly a valuable experience which immediately helped my impact across the Yard.
