If you have gone through the admissions process and have accepted an appointment in the Class of 2025, you should receive a letter from the Office of the Provost in your Permit to Report (PTR) packet (typically mailed at the beginning of April).
Accepted candidates for the USNA Class of 2024 are required to provide USNA with important academic background information (including completion of some assessments/exams) to facilitate their proper placement in courses at the start of the academic year. Accepted candidates will be provided access to the Academic Background System (ABS) in order to submit this required information.
For information regarding the USNA policy on validating courses, select USNA Course Validation Policy.
